56. The Minister is to establish a register of holders of valid teaching licences in which the particulars referred to in section 53 are to appear.

The Minister is to make the register available to school service centres, school boards and the institutions governed by the Act respecting private education (chapter E-9.1), and to the authorities in the other Canadian provinces or territories responsible for the issuance of teaching licences.
